When not working on digital products, I can be found photographing and sharing with my experiences with over 47,000 followers on instagram and other social channels. My feed primarily focuses on great design (home, interiors, fashion), travel, and lifestyle. My husband Christiaan and our pup George are my frequent companions on our adventures. I find that exercising my creative muscles in other disciplines helps inform my day-to-day work as a startup founder. 

I was born in South Korea, raised in New York, and based to San Francisco. Much of my photography, writing and work is heavily influenced heavily by my background in Architecture. I hold an M.Arch from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a M.Interior Arch from RISD. As an undergrad at Yale, I studied Architecture as an art historian and writer. It was a real primer for design and entrepreneurship, because you realize that every idea we take for granted today was once considered radical and new. At Harvard I started my journey into product, technology and UI/UX design. In my final year, I led my team to win the Harvard-wide Dean's Challenge, a campus-wide entrepreneurial competition. We presented one week before my architecture thesis review, beating out dozens of graduate and undergraduate teams; it was one of the hardest and most rewarding months of my life. 

From time to time, I like to collaborate with brands as a photographer. I have worked with select brands in the home, fashion and hospitality space. A few of my past partners include: Sunset Magazine, The Coachman Hotel, Skipstone Winery, Allbirds, Sapira, and Apolis Global.
